No entry without inspection more part 1

You ask a Dutch registration certificate for a vehicle that previously was issued in another Member State of the European Union, you must by law the Part 1 and Part 2 of that registration required.

Yet there are applicants who offer vehicles at the RDW, the required documents are missing. These cases were so far have taken into consideration. This can, however, courtesy no longer be maintained.

In practice this means that the Part 1 of the foreign registration certificate must always be present. The same applies to Part 2 - if they have been issued. The RDW makes no exceptions for such damage foreign vehicles and historical vehicles.

Without Part 1, the application will not be considered. Is there a part I but not Part 2, RDW registers the vehicle only if the authorities of the relevant EU Member State makes explicit consent. The handling can therefore take longer.
